Our apartment, recently renovated, is in the elegant Trieste / Nomentano neighborhood, quiet and well connected to the center of Rome reached in 15/20 minutes, overlooks Villa Ada, one of the most beautiful parks of Rome.
It has three large bedrooms from 18 to 22sq.m, one with a large double bed and the other two with twin beds, a spacious living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with lift, it has every comfort, flat screen TV, free WiFi Internet connection, a full kitchen, heating and balcony.
Guestsallowed are maximum of 7, 6 + 1 in added regular single bed.
Small / medium size pets are allowed, anyway always after talking with us.
Smoking is not allowed.

The apartment is located in Via Poggio Moiano 55 in Rome, in the elegant neighborhood Nomentano / Trieste in a central area with shops, restaurants, bars but at the same time Quiet and well served by public transports.

The City Center is located just at 3km, the Termini Stationat 3,5Km and in an hour you arrive from / to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.

The nearest Metro station is Libia and is located 800 meters away, from in 15 minutes you arrive to Termini Station.
From Termini Station, Always on the Metro, you get in 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps in the historic center or to the Colosseum, in 10 to the Vatican, in 50 minutes to Ciampino airport and by fast train to Fiumicino Airport in 30 minutes.

Also, very close it is the Luiss University which is located at 1500 meters, in 5 minutes you walk to the beautiful Villa Ada and in 20 minutes by bus to Villa Borghese and the Museum of the Galleria Borghese and the Biobarco.

Finally, in 30 minutes by public transport and in15 minutes by car it's possible to arrive to New Big Mormon Temple Rome Church of Jesus Christ open and accessible to the public since the beginning of 2019.
